The cottage is just a hundred metres from the sea and beach and close to shops, cafes and restaurants. There are two bedrooms, one double on the first floor and one twin room on the second. 

There is a wood-burning stove in the lounge, a TV with a built in DVD player and a CD player.

The property has gas central heating.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, grill and hob and a fridge with an icebox. There is a dining area with a table and four chairs.

The double room has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws, bedding chest, bedside tables, feature fireplace and an en-suite toilet and washbasin. There are stairs leading to the twin room.

The twin room has two single beds, a fitted wardrobe, a chest of draws, a bedding chest and a TV/DVD player. The twin room is accessed via a staircase from the double room. The double room has curtains at the bottom of the staircase. There is a stair gate at the top of the staircase to the twin bedroom.

The bathroom is located on the ground floor and has a walk in shower, a bath, toilet and washbasin.

The property is accessed via eight steps which lead up to the cottage from New Road.

Bedding is provided but please bring your own towels. A travel cot is available on request. A hair dryer is provided.
