Located in the heart of the old village with original features and the bonus of a sunny walled garden. Rooms are on 4 floors with lots of steps!

Fully furnished with G.C.H, safety certificates and smoke alarms.

Lower ground floor;

Dining kitchen with electric oven, electric hob, small fridge and microwave. Utility room with auto washer, tumble dryer, freezer and extra fridge.

Ground floor;

Cosy sitting room with TV, sofas. Open archway to study/dining area with table and chairs.

First Floor;

Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with double bed, en suite shower and WC.

Second Floor;

Bedroom 3 with double bed. Bedroom 4 with a pair of single size bunk beds. This is a very small room decorated as a childrens room. Bathroom with bath and WC.

Rental includes gas and electricity.

Duvets and pillows are provided. Bedding can be provided if requested but visitors must bring their own towels and tea towels.

Pets;

One small well behaved dog  is acceptable if kept under control and off soft furnishings.This must be declared on the booking form. Pet owners must bring their own pet bed and clean up thoroughly when they leave.

NO OTHER PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE COTTAGE.
